20 representatives of 14 family companies, members of FBN Bulgaria, became part of an important event for the Bulgarian organization - the establishment of a new community, called to unite and represent members with a similar profile and interests.

The new Now Generation community of the Association includes people aged 30-50 from the next generation, who already have a leading role in the business - family or their own, but have not yet fully taken over the management and ownership of their family companies. Some of them no longer belong to the Next Gen-community, and others, due to the increased responsibilities in personal and business terms, need their own specific environment that takes into account their new priorities, interests and values.

The constituent assembly of the community on April 2nd laid the groundwork and formulated the goals of the new structure.
